Anahuac
has a pro-business attitude as shown by the absence
of three taxes used elsewhere: a personal or corporate
income tax; a state property tax; and a unitary form
of taxation.
Major utility and infrastructure expansion is
taking place on I-10 in Anahuac. This expansion project will
provide energy, water and sewer infrastructure to the Anahuac
I-10 Corridor greatly expanding the commercial development
in the Anahuac Area.
